01 Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, browsing or placing an order on Threeni you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Threeni is a wholesale marketplace that connects buyers with sellers, manufacturers and distributors. We provide the platform, the storefront tools and the transaction infrastructure — the sale itself is between the buyer and the seller.
02 Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- Business accounts confirm they are authorised to trade on behalf of the business they register.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, misrepresent products, or attempt to defraud other users.
03 Buying on Threeni
Product listings show the unit price, available wholesale tiers and the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Prices and availability are set by the seller and may change before an order is accepted.
- An order is confirmed once payment is completed and the seller accepts it.
- Bulk pricing applies to the quantity tier reached in the order.
- Buyers are responsible for checking specifications, sizing and compliance requirements before ordering.
04 Selling on Threeni
- Sellers must describe products accurately, including material, dimensions, and any variation between batches.
- Listings must state a realistic MOQ and lead time that the seller can consistently meet.
- Sellers must hold the right to sell the products they list and comply with applicable import, safety and labelling rules.
- Verified badges are granted after review and may be withdrawn if standards slip.
05 Payments, fees and payouts
Buyers pay through the payment methods available at checkout. Seller commission is calculated on completed orders and shown in the seller dashboard.
- Opening a store and listing products is free.
- Commission is deducted automatically from each completed order.
- Seller earnings are held in the seller wallet and can be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
06 Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the seller location, destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the order and can be tracked from your account.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and report damage or discrepancies within the window described in the return policy.
07 Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its listing, buyers may request a return or refund within the stated window.
08 Prohibited items and conduct
- Illegal goods, counterfeit products and items that infringe intellectual property.
- Weapons, controlled substances and goods restricted by import or export law.
- Attempting to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees or buyer protection.
- Manipulating reviews, prices or search ranking.
09 Liability
Threeni provides the marketplace platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10 Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
