privacy policy

This policy explains what data Threeni collects, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

01 Scope

This policy applies to the Threeni website, mobile experience and the seller tools we provide. It covers buyers, sellers and visitors. Threeni is operated by Timeterest Limited.

02 What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number and password (stored hashed).
  • Transaction data: orders, products purchased, delivery addresses and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never stored by us.
  • Seller data: store details, catalogue, payout account information and verification documents.
  • Technical data: device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

03 How we use your data

  • To create and secure your account and verify your identity where required.
  • To process orders, arrange delivery and handle returns or disputes.
  • To calculate commission, process payouts and meet accounting obligations.
  • To send service messages about your orders and, where you opt in, product and platform updates.
  • To detect fraud, abuse and misuse of the platform.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

04 Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary to run your transactions:

  • Sellers and delivery partners receive the details needed to fulfil and deliver an order.
  • Payment providers receive the information required to process payments and payouts.
  • Service providers who host, secure or support the platform act under contract and only on our instructions.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

05 Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and protect against fraud. Analytics cookies help us understand how the platform is used and are only set where permitted. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will break parts of the service.

06 How we protect data

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff and systems that need it. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. We review access regularly and keep audit logs of sensitive actions.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority where required.

07 Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act — and comparable laws where you live — you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of the data you provided.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

08 How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order, payout and tax records are retained for the period required by law after a transaction. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
